These terms explain how First Aid Plumbing & Heating provides quotations, invoices, services, and customer support. They are written in plain English so expectations are clear for both sides.
Quotations are based on material and labour prices at the time of issue and are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise. If that period passes, a new quotation may be required.
Quotes are prepared from available information and site checks. If hidden defects or additional requirements are discovered, the quote may need to be updated before work continues.
Where a deposit is required, the stated Due Now amount must be paid before work starts. Accepted payment methods include card machine, online card payments (subject to an admin fee), BACS/bank transfer, or cash.
Invoices are due based on the payment terms shown on the document. Late payment may delay work scheduling, completion, warranty administration, and release of final documentation.
All materials supplied for a job remain the property of First Aid Plumbing & Heating until the final invoice has been paid in full.
The agreed scope of works is set out in the quotation/invoice description. Any requested changes, upgrades, or additional work must be agreed in writing and may affect price and completion date.
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property and working area. Delays caused by severe weather, unsafe site conditions, or restricted access may require schedule changes.
Where applicable, workmanship/material warranties are provided in line with the agreed job scope. If remedial works are required, they must be carried out exclusively by First Aid Plumbing & Heating. Additional works by third parties without prior written consent will invalidate the applicable warranty.
If work is cancelled after acceptance, costs already incurred (including ordered materials, labour allocation, waste arrangements, and administration) may be chargeable.
We do not sell customer data. Your details are only used to contact you, prepare/manage quotations and invoices, deliver requested services, and provide related customer support.
Data is handled only for legitimate business operations and legal/accounting requirements connected with your enquiry or job.
